What We Demand
The time for passive hope is over.
If we are to survive, if we are to evolve, we must raise the standard for leadership.
We demand that those who seek power be asked to prove not just their ambition,
but their capacity to wield it responsibly.
The RABX Test is that standard.
We demand:
1. Mandatory RABX Testing for Leadership Candidates
All political candidates, heads of state, ministers, and CEOs with global influence must take the RABX Test before assuming power.
This is not a barrier to entry.
It is a checkpoint of readiness.
2. Public Leadership Profiles, Not Private Scores
The results must be made public, not as a number, but as a narrative based RABX profile, clearly describing how a candidate thinks, adapts, leads, and sees the future.
We do not demand perfection.
We demand transparency and truth.
3. Civic Access and Cultural Integration
The RABX framework must be made public and accessible, empowering not just elites, but citizens, educators, and emerging leaders everywhere.
Let this be a new language,
A tool for shaping conversations about power, trust, and the future of civilization.
4. Ongoing Accountability: Yearly RABX Reassessment
Leadership is not a trophy to be won once; it is a continuous responsibility.
All elected leaders, heads of state, ministers, and high-impact decision makers must retake the RABX Test annually. Power, pressure, and time can erode even the most noble intentions. Regular reassessment ensures that those in power remain:
- Rational in the face of complexity
- Adaptive under evolving challenges
- Benevolent in their actions toward others
- And eXistentially aware of their role in the future of humanity
Each year, an updated RABX Leadership Profile should be made public.
If a leader’s performance significantly declines, especially in benevolence or adaptability, it must trigger:
- Public review or debate
- Corrective mentorship or development plans
- Or, when necessary, calls for resignation or removal
This is not punishment.
It is integrity maintenance, a constant reminder that leadership is not a privilege.
It is a trust.
A trust that must be renewed.
